The projects have included educational and business development relating to organisational and management approaches both at operational and strategic levels. For example, one was developing a national programme for quality assurance in the provision of training for businesses and another was a regional initiative to encourage entrepreneurial approaches in over 200 businesses.

Adam has worked on many projects in countries including: Egypt, Russia, Nigeria, Eritrea, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, Kurdistan, Kosovo, Libya, Jordan, Morocco, Tanzania and Tunisia. These projects have covered a wide range of activities including working with governments to develop national strategies as well as management approaches to developing responsive educational programmes matching the needs of employers in a variety of sectors.

In particular Adam has initiated development programmes which harness the key characteristics of entrepreneurial behaviour to stimulate a dynamic approach to organisational development. Adam’s technique of utilising his Learning to be Entrepreneurial programme stimulates a ‘can do’ attitude which in turn liberates staff at all levels and gives them greater ownership to achieve higher levels of success. Having this entrepreneurial mind-set will have a significant impact in all areas of life including; education, work and social life.
